New clipboard feature doesn't work

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.
Context
- Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
- MineColonies Version: MineColonies Official modpack
- Structurize Version: MineColonies Official modpack
- Related Mods and their Versions: none
Expected behavior
The new clipboard feature would, when clicked, remove unimportant requests from your view, like the smelter requesting ore.
Actual behavior
It removes all requests from the clipboard's view, even ones from builders which are important.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Craft a clipboard
- Have a builder request something
- Use the new feature

Actually, I just discovered that it only shows requests made by the request system itself.
