Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
• MineColonies Version: MineColonies Official modpack
• Structurize Version: MineColonies Official modpack
• Related Mods and their Versions: none

Expected behavior

Citizens would complain if there is not a guard/barracks tower near their house/workplace.

Actual behavior

One of my couriers (possibly more, I haven't checked) is complaining about not having a guard/barracks tower near her house or her workplace, even though one is close by. The black circle is her house (hard to see from this angle), the red circle is her courier's hut, the teal circle is the warehouse, and the purple circle is a barracks tower.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Build a house
2. Build a barracks nearby
3. Watch citizen assigned to house complain about not having a barracks tower nearby
