Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• [x ] I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• [x ] I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.16.1
• MineColonies Version: 0.13.238
• Structurize Version: 0.13.65

Expected behavior

Honestly, idk

Actual behavior

Deconstructed barracks tower got barracks tower controller

Steps to reproduce the issue

Removed all blocks inside barracks building boundry with controller blocks left only
Asked builder to deconstuct one of the barrack towers
After hes done picked up controller block
Place barracks tower anywhere now and assign 5 guards to it

Notes

Now builder keeps saying in chat that he finished building it every 10-20 sec
Also his AI run into a problem, but i can't provide logs
