Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
• MineColonies Version: alot, latest: e8c860e
• Structurize Version: alot, latest: 0.13.64
• Related Mods and their Versions: None

Expected behavior

I would expect the builder to only remove the Construction Tape, even if it is waterlogged.

Actual behavior

If a Construction Tape happens to be placed in water the builder will replace the Construction Tape with air, removing the water source.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Place a hut in a way that the Construction Tape will be in one block deep water sources
2. Let the builder build it
3. See the missing sources next to your building
