Warehouse Sorting spam of "Trying to dump into same slot again!" error - sorts items weirdly

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.
Context
- Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
- MineColonies Version: 0.13.421-ALPHA
- Structurize Version: 0.13.94-ALPHA
- Related Mods and their Versions: Everything from the MineColonies Official pack By: H3lay, Kostronor, D3miurge_, Wissin8r, Asherslab on Twitch (updated on the 22nd of October, 2020)
Expected behavior
Pressing the sort button will sort the warehouse storage from top left to bottom right of racks or chests, without giving error.
Actual behavior
The console throws a lots of errors about "Trying to dump into the same slot again!" and many double racks will end up having items sorted at the bottom areas and on the top areas as if they were individual single racks.

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Have a Warehouse with lots of items in them, but not full
- Sort it!
- Check Console output

Issue started happening after updating from 13.415-ALPHA to 13.421-ALPHA
