Can not pick up hut block placed outside colony borders.

Prerequisites

  • I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
  • I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
  • I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

  • Minecraft Version: 1.16.4
  • MineColonies Version: 513
  • Structurize Version: 102
  • Related Mods and their Versions: v2.1 of the Minecolonies pack

Expected behavior

Ideally? Just always present a Pickup button, regardless of the state of the building.

Less ideally (or perhaps in addition), don't let me place down a block if it's going to be unbuildable?

Actual behavior

I had a cowhand hut block I had previously dismantled and picked up. I positioned it where I wanted it, and placed it down with the standard build tool. The block placed. I went to request a build order and was told it was outside the borders. Turns out it's just barely outside the borders of my village.

Went to try and pick it back up, and the button reads 'Deconstruct' instead. And I can't Deconstruct, because it's 'outside the borders of my village'. So now I can't pick my block back up.

EDIT: Since it was implied on Discord that it shouldn't have let me place the building, I've supplied this screenshot. Top taped area is the original placement position. Bottom taped area is what I've shifted it to in the design-style in order to try and force it to let me deconstruct it, as a workaround.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Schedule a cowhand hut (level one, I guess?) block for deconstruction
  2. Place it somewhere so that the level 5 variety will be just slightly outside the border of your colony.
  3. Now try to pick it back up without breaking the block with a tool.

Yes, I know it's "just" a level one hut block, but I figure this could happen to any kind of any level, probably. Also, I was hoping to just upgrade to level 2 direct.
