Fisherman Hut level 5 brings NO Treasure.

Minecolonies version

Version 1.10.2-0.6.2879 (on Official Minecolonies 1.10.2 server)

Expected behavior

Fisherman hut level 5 should be reeling in some "Treasure" (according to Minecraft's Catch Possibilities loot tables http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Fishing).

Actual behavior

Fisherman only reels in "Fish" and "Junk" categories NO "Treasure" whatsoever.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Build Fisherman's Hut level 5
  2. Hire a worker.
  3. Give him a fishing rod with or without enchants.

After having a working Fisherman from level 0 to level 53 with and without enchanted Fishing Rods, still NO "Treasure" while hut is level 5.
