Can't unlock fletcher

Prerequisites

I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
MineColonies Version: 1.3
Structurize Version: 0.13.139

Expected behavior

I would expect to be able to unlock Fletcher with Sawmill at Level 3 and 16 String in inventory

Actual behavior

I can't unlock Fletcher even though I have Sawmill Level 3 and 16 String in inventory

Steps to reproduce the issue

Build Sawmill to level 3 and try to unlock Fletcher at University

Build Sawmill to level 3
Try to unlock Fletcher at University with 16 String in inventory
Fletcher doesn't unlock

What level is your University? It needs to be at least level 2.

Hey there, I'm stuck with sifters hut, hope u can help. When I open the huts interface I'm supposed to be able to choose a block like dirt or sand. But there's nothing to choose from. Do you know how I might fix this? Thanks and regards..
