Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.
Context
- Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
- MineColonies Version: 0.14.90-ALPHA

Steps to reproduce the issue / details
I could reproduce it in the same world buy building another town hall and another cowhand (or shepherd)'s hut but I couldn't reproduce it in a new world (where it works fine).
Notes
Firing the worker and hiring him again solves the issue but it reappears as soon as the worker hits a cow (or a pig).
The log is long but you can see the error in the last lines.
I'm playing the mod in Life in the village 2 modpack, so there are about 140 mods involved.
