Wrong message when trying to build outside of the colony

Expected behavior

  • Display a message to say we are trying to build outside of the colony

Actual behaviour

  • It does say that we need to place a TownHall first

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Place the town hall
  2. Go outside of the colony boundaries
  3. Try to place a Builder hut
  4. Profit
