Water source block does not flow after being placed by a builder over soul sand

Prerequisites

  • I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
  • I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
  • I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

  • Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
  • MineColonies Version: 0.14.162-ALPHA
  • Structurize Version: 0.13.171-ALPHA
  • Related Mods and their Versions: Forge 36.1.18

Expected behavior

Builder placed water blocks should behave the same as player placed water blocks

Actual behavior

When a builder places a water source block above soul sand it doesn't create subsequent flowing water blocks. Picture of builder placed water blocks

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Place down a town hall hut and a builder hut.
  2. Place down first layer as shown in picture.
    First Structure Layer
  3. Place down second layer as shown in picture
    Second Structure Layer
  4. Place down third layer as show in picture.
    Third Structure Layer
  5. Create a schematic of all three layers of block placed
  6. Request the builder to build the decoration schematic that was just created.
  7. When builder is finished the decoration it should look similar to this picture
