Can we please make it so all Workers, including guards will suck up XP balls on the ground as players do..

Means guards will level up through actually killing stuff, fisherman will pick up the globes from fishing, plus players can boost their workers using XP potions, which we can perhaps have the Alchemist or Enchanter make somehow :)
