Crash on colony load

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.
Context
- Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
- MineColonies Version: minecolonies-0.14.167-ALPHA-universal.jar
- Structurize Version: structurize-0.13.173-ALPHA-universal.jar
- Related Mods and their Versions: -- I didn't see any other mentioned in the crash stack and it is a server side crash. So... Not sure if any are related. All mods are in the crashlog.
Expected behavior
No Crashes?
Actual behavior
Crash on login or shortly after.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Have my colony and update to 167
- Crash
Logs
- latest.log:
- crashlog:
- https://gist.github.com/telemenar/235df37b1646f14b64f943a780980858 -- This is both. Not 100% certain they are from the exact same crash given that I triggered it 5 times in a row but they are both from the same crashstack.

A little more background I've been running the same pack with pretty much the same mods for 3 weeks now. Things were stable until I did a round up upgrades this evening. I did upgrade a couple other mods and I'm willing to try to track down which were/binary-test in general. But there wasn't anything super suspicious.
I tried downgrading to 166
-- still crashed
After I was linked to the closed #7110
-- I tried installing performant and turned on the debugging recommended there, and the crash went away so I couldn't get performant based debug logs for the crash. Also didn't see anything particularly interesting from the performant logs. Willing to try again or upload one of the server logs with performant logging turned on. I also tried changing a bunch of the performant tunables to disable a bunch of the performant features to see if I could get the crash to come back but no luck.
I uninstalled performant.
I tried downgrading back to 162 which I was on before the upgrades tonight
-- no crash
I re-upgraded to 167 just to make sure it still reproduced after the mess of things that I tried tonight.
-- no crash
So at this point if I see it again or manage to get consistent reproduction I can try to help. I can also upgrade more crashlog variants if that helps.
