Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
• MineColonies Version: 0.14.310-ALPHA-universal
• Structurize Version: 0.13.202-ALPHA-universal

Expected behavior

Guards should not complain about the lack of barrack/guard towers due to multiple obvious reasons.

Actual behavior

Guards somehow do complain about the aforementioned lack of towers nearby. Just in case this information is relevant: The guards are employed in a barracks that was pasted in using creative mode, and the guards were employed from houses nearby the barracks, also pasted. Both buildings were pasted in at Level 3, and the barrack towers were manually built up to Level 2.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Paste in a barracks using creative mode, preferably in a level other than 0, and paste some houses in too.
2. Have the builder build up the towers to allow guards to be employed.
3. Employ some guards that lived in the pasted houses.
4. Soon after, the guards will complain about no towers being present nearby their home. This could be influenced by Issue #7428. Dismissing the complaint will only make it pop back up soon after.

Notes

My Minecolonies and Structurize versions are not actually latest-latest, Minecol is 2 versions behind (the latest literally came out about 2 hours ago) and Structurize is 3. I will try updating to see if it has been fixed by any chance, but the changelogs do not list anything related to this, so i suppose chances are low.
