Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.17.1
• MineColonies Version: 1.17.1-1.0.30
• Structurize Version: 1.17.1-0.13.243
• Related Mods and their Versions:
  domum_ornamentum : 1.17.1-1.0.10
  blockui : 1.17.1-0.0.26
  multi-piston : 1.17.1-1.2.1

Expected behavior

builders could be able to build asian style

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. In creative or survival game, ask a builder to upgrade is own builderhut to level 4

2. He will not place the 4 item frame and chiseledstonebrick in the corner of his hut

3. in the ressource scroll these items will "blink"

4. You could also in creative place directly a 4-level builderhut, break a block (wathever) and ask him to repair, he will be unbale to do that.

Builder are able to build decoration / fancy lantern, but not the decoration / bath house level 2 or 3
