Knight guards have trouble hitting mobs that is going away from them

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- [X ] I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Expected behavior
Mobs that are moving away from the knight will still be hit when the knight closes in.
Actual behavior
Try having a knight attacking a mob that is targeting something else, first the knight will try to move as close to the mob as possible, too close even, when get to the point where they are right next to the mob, that is when they begin to hit it.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Have a zombie or skeleton targeting you
- Have some knights approach the danger
- Observe.

Notes
Haven't tested with archers since I don't use them, but there is a chance they might be also too busy with pathfinding to an ideal spot instead of standing still and sniping the mob from a far as well.

Upon further observations, mobs in general will also have a harder time when it comes to attacking things that are running away from them, seeing when some spiders tried to attack a fleeing colonist, so this might be intentional, but I will leave it open for any further proposals on knight improvement.
