Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.17.1
• MineColonies Version: minecolonies-1.17.1-1.2.1-ALPHA
• Structurize Version: structurize-1.17.1-0.13.243-ALPHA
• Related Mods and their Versions: domum_ornamentum-1.17.1-1.0.10-ALPHA-universal

Expected behavior

Citizens will approach a ladder, and go down the ladder.

Actual behavior

If the citizens does not approach the ladders head on, without anything bumping them even a little bit, they can not figure out how to go down a ladder. Besides this, they will not use the "unstuck/teleport" to get themselves down. I have had citizens stand in guardtowers for several in game days.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Build a coloney.
2. Have ladders, anywhere really. Possible where they only have a 1x1 to go down.
3. Watch them struggle to go down the ladder, and not teleport down if they cant go down the ladder.
