Citizens will not attend their working hut block if there is nothing to do there

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Expected behavior
Citizens should always come and stand around their worksite during working hours
Actual behavior
Unless there are things to be done there, such as crafting or building request, the citizen would just stand still around their bed...
