Mine shaft flooring misnumbered

Prerequisites

  • I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
  • I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
  • I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

  • Minecraft Version: 1.17.1
  • MineColonies Version: minecolonies-1.17.1-1.0.110-ALPHA
  • Structurize Version: structurize-1.17.1-0.13.253-ALPHA

Problem description

One of my four mine buildings went bonkers.

Notes or related things

I have 4 mines in my colony, the one with the signs facing South went bonkers when upgrading to tier 2. After building upgraded, the miner dug all the way to bedrock instead of limiting himself to the normal depth of a tier 2 miner. The bigger issue is that floor 3 calls itself 6. The signs read 1, 2, 6, 4, 5, 6, 7, ... However, in the control block, it shows a floor 4, but the miner bugs out when that floor is selected. I've also noticed another miner of mine coming across the colony (14 chunks) to also mine in this broken mine. I was able to fix that by firing/hiring back the nomad miner. Also an odd point, all my mines are constructed at the same Y level, but this mine's floor are all offset by 1 Y value compared to the others.

I upgraded another of my mineshafts to level 2 and it bugged in another way. One of its floors was off by one, but in a different way. The floor of the planks and sign area inside the shaft was 1 level higher than the floor of the shafts that the miner built off of it. Same thing happened though where after the upgrade of the whole structure to level 2, the miner proceeded to dig all the way to bedrock.

minecolonies-1.17.1-1.0.275-ALPHA here, I built a second mine in the course of my game, and my other mine which was still in the process of getting from level 8 or so down to bedrock seems to have restarted it's numbering from the point the second mine started construction. Both mines have suddenly become deathtraps as all the miners going down pretty much die on day one, no matter the number of guards - I haven't seen their deaths personally, but from observing some weird behavior in the new mine, I suspect the two mines are sharing some floor information or getting confused and the miners in the new mine are attempting to path down far below what should be possible in the new mine under construction. Floor in original mine numbering went 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, then back to 1 I believe it was, still not at bedrock, but further construction appears impossible as the miner dies attempting to build deeper. The new mine has two levels, but the new level under construction below it appears to be strangely deep. Again, to me, it would appear the two mines are cross pollinating depths somehow.

They won't try to break through, -100 is just the "deepest possible config".

Also see this for the Miners Hut where it says the bottom of the shaft is -100 but with Minecraft 1.18.1 it is only -64 so the miner would get stuck trying to break through bedrock. I tried changing it to -63 but not able to remove all 3 digits to do so. I can remove the two 0's, but that's all that is allowed in the UI.
