Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
• MineColonies Version: 1.0.91-ALPHA
• Structurize Version: 0.13.252-ALPHA

Expected behavior

I have heard the accuracy of archers depends on the worker level, well I guess there is a random factor that controls if it can hit. so they should be able to hit targets with some missed arrows.

Actual behavior

Well, they actually cannot hit a stationary target no matter how many arrows they use. even with a level 32 which I think is not a low level.
