Cannot find Archer Squire in the Manage Workers page of GuardTower/BarracksTower

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.
Context
- Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
- MineColonies Version: 1.0.147-ALPHA
- Structurize Version: 0.13.252-ALPHA

Expected behavior
When trying to recruit archers from Manage Workers Page of the GuardTower/BarracksTower, I should able to see Archer Squire from the Archers tab
Actual behavior
You cannot see the Archer Squire from the archer tab of Manage Workers page.
Btw: the new UI is a bit messy. You don't know whether your tower is full or not because the page show other tower's knights/archers. as well as other jobs.
