Archers' HP scale back to 26 after level up when set the guardhealthMulti to 5x

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.
Context
- Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
- MineColonies Version: 1.16.5-1.0.327-ALPHA
- Structurize Version:0.13.252-ALPHA

Expected behavior
Archers' hp should multiply by the factor of config guardHealthMulti.
Actual behavior
They have the right HP once they are hired as guards, but after they level up their health will scale back 26 (for archers) no matter their stamina. for knights, their health is based on stamina though they also do not multiply the factor.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Set guardHealthMulti to 5x
- hire an archer, their HP should have 5 x 26
- let the archer level up. their hp will be back to 26.
