Prerequisites

  • I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
  • I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
  • I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

  • Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
  • MineColonies Version: 0.13.645-RELEASE-universal
  • Structurize Version: 0.13.109-ALPHA-universal
  • Related Mods and their Versions: (Modpack) CrafttoExile-Dissonance-2.15.1

Expected behavior

I should be able to hire newcomers from tavern.

Actual behavior

Citizen cap is not increasing even though I have 4 more quota from my housings.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Normally upgrading town hall, guard tower and university to lvl 5
  2. Build new housings for more citizens
  3. Citizen cap not increasing

Notes

Town hall lvl 5, university lvl 5 with all research about citizen cap done, so I think they're not the reasons causing this issue.
