Mercenaries are better than guards when it comes to killing things

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.

Expected behavior
Guards will be superior to Mercenaries in protecting duty.
Actual behavior
Mercenary can attack mobs from further away than guards, meaning they are less likely to get hit by a mob, while guards will have to walked into the mob and risking being hit, guards hitting range needs to be extended.
Mercenary detects mobs faster, whereas guards can walk pass an enemy without even noticing, I tested this by spawning in a zombie next to the guards and a mercenary, and the mercenary went for the mob while the guards are still clueless.
