Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Expected behavior

The grave replaces the flowing block and generate

Actual behavior

It doesn't, meaning that citizens inventory is potentially lost.
Tested with my citizen death trap:
We have a grave plus a citizen dying

The citizen died but nothing spawned.

One more time.
