Current Behavior

The recipe manager is modified from two sides at the same time, leading to potential CME crashes as attached below, probably can cause other undesired side effects too.

Expected Behavior

Only runs on the needed side

Reproduction Steps

Load a singleplayer world where both sides are present, esp on a world with multiple colonies
