When Miner repairs levels the signs done work

Is there an existing issue for this?

Are you using the latest MineColonies Verison?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

Current Behavior
When a level of the mine gets destroyed (say by fire) and I tell the miner to repair it, he will repair it but the sign no longer says, Level 5, for instance, it will say "Level -1." I had to repair several levels and they all had signs that said "Level -1". The Y level and Nodes are correct though. The miner continues to operate correctly despite the signs.
Expected Behavior
I expect that when the miner repairs the level that the sign will have the correct level number on it.
Reproduction Steps
- Destroy a level
- Tell the miner to repair it
- The level will be repaired but the sign will have a "-1" for the level.
