[BUG] Smeltery has an empty recipe tab

Is there an existing issue for this?

Are you using the latest MineColonies Verison?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

Current Behavior
The smeltery has a Custom Recipes tab (second tab) that is blank. Nothing is listed and you can't add recipes.
Expected Behavior
Typically you can disable or teach recipes when this page is displayed.
Reproduction Steps
Open Smeltery GUI
Select second tab, Custom Recipes
Logs
no log needed

What kind of recipes does the smelter do?
I didn't think they were a crafter (Hence I sent them here)
