Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest (possible) versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?

Current Behavior

My spear dropped from the amazons just disappeared twice. When I throw it, no entity gets created and the item simply disappears.

Expected Behavior

When I throw it, the entity gets created and and i can pick it up afterwards.

Reproduction Steps

1. Kill Amazons for spear.
2. Throw it and see it disappearing
