[BUG] Citizens of the same gender can create babies.

Is there an existing issue for this?

Are you using the latest MineColonies Verison?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

Current Behavior
Even in an all male colony, babies were still being produced
Expected Behavior
They shouldn't be, as all the colonists are male
Reproduction Steps
- Build some houses.
- Recruit only male visitors
- Wait sometimes for a baby to be born

Someone had a baby with one of the female visitors around and the gay couples adopted them.
