[BUG] Server config file keeps being rewritten

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues
Are you using the latest MineColonies Verison?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

Current Behavior
The server config file keeps rewriting itself every update. This wasnt happening a few minor versions ago. It keeps stripping all custom name settings and a few other settings that were changed such as supply camp loot etc. I've looked through the last set of half a dozen changelogs to see any reference to this but didnt see anything
Expected Behavior
I would expect my custom naming settings to be preserved or an error thrown as to why they were rewritten

Add in custom names in the config then start the server

ok that makes sense, doesnt seem like the wiki is updated yet, where can I find these?
You would need to override this datapack file
