[BUG] Baker consumes an extra Cocoa Bean to craft Cookie Doughs

Are you using the latest MineColonies Verison?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.

- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

Current Behavior
After looking up the Cookie Dough's recipe and Cookie's vanilla recipe in JEI, I found the Baker crafts Cookie Doughs need 2 wheats and 2 cocoa beas, instead of 2 wheats and 1 cocoa bean. The former consumes one more cocoa bean than the latter.
I don't know if it's a quantity error.
Expected Behavior
Right recipe: 2 wheats + 1 cocoa bean = 8 cookie doughs, the ingredients are same as vanilla.
Reproduction Steps
- Look up the Cookie Dough's recipe in JEI;
- Then look up the vanilla Cookie's recipe.
