[BUG] Trying to build supply camp, getting needs air above on the blocks under the fence post and wool blocks

Is there an existing issue for this?

Are you using the latest MineColonies Verison?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

Current Behavior
Im playing "Life in the village 3" on forge and while trying to build the supply camp i got all the blocks needed, but when i got to finish the building i get an error that not all block, i went into spectator mode to look around and most of the blocks it says "needs air above"
Expected Behavior
just want to finish the supply camp
