Ground-based Supply camp won't be crafted, but Boat Supply camp can

Expected behavior
- When making a boat shape for the camp with chests, it is to give you a supply camp for the ground
Actual behaviour
- Crafting recipe does not work and merely shows me a blank crafting response.
Steps to reproduce the problem
1.place the chests in the boat formation in survival
2. stare intensely at the broken recipe
3. ...
4. Profit
