• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.

Reproduction Steps

No idea! Train said just to report it here.
Restarting Minecraft and restarting the worker didn't do anything to fix this.

Unfortunately not anymore. I creative fulfilled the requests to see if that would fix it, but I don't think it did.

Can you check their requests list to maybe see what they are attempting to craft?
Supposedly the recipe he is looking to craft has no output item.
