[BUG] Crashing upon attempting to place townhall block

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues
Are you using the latest MineColonies Verison?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
Server crashing when attempting to place the townhall block. I use the build tool and can preview the build but when I click the checkmark it crashes (attempted with both the desert oasis and the urban savannah styles)
Expected Behavior
The townhall block places and can be interacted with
Reproduction Steps
- Use the build tool to place the townhall block
- Preview the build and adjust placement
- Click the checkmark to place the townhall block
