[BUG] Permissions not Sticking

Is there an existing issue for this?

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
When viewing the video mentioned below. I try to set a custom rank to a colony manager setting. This is so I don't get warned each time they enter my colony. I have tried this on non custom ranks. And they also don't stick. If I leave the townhall or change page or anything. It will revert to their default setting.
Expected Behavior
For Colony Manager Permission to stick.
