Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

Reproduction Steps
Placed the Jungle Treehouse supply camp in the world, on the signed place dropped the town hall block, when building over the excisting supply camp it ran in to an problem.
Solved this by removing the racks and restarting my server.

This is going to be annoying, don't know what to do as the citizens keeps saying "My AI ran into an issue"
