After extensive testing I discovered the mod Village Names caused two errors. An overlap of names which is permanent even after removing said mod the npcs affected remain unchanged, and most importantly, upon interacting once with an npc villager you will be unable to left or right click villagers until you restart the game. I was hoping I could keep it due to the generated names of villages and other structures, but MCA outshines that by far.
