Describe the bug
When I get married to a villager and have a child, when the correct amount of time would usually come to place the child I can't place it down.

Please include steps we can take to reproduce the bug:

1. Launch Minecraft
2. Create a World
3. Marry a villager
4. Have a child
5. Never can place down child
