Cant have more then one kid

Describe the bug
Married another player, had one kid, but whoever 'spawns' the kid into the world can have another kid, but the one that doesnt cant (I would assume that you just need to check if both parents are players, if so reset the 'has baby' thing so they can have another kid)

Steps to Reproduce
Please include steps we can take to reproduce the bug:

  1. Marry another player
  2. Procreate
  3. Let the other player turn the baby item to the baby entity
  4. Procreate (one of you wont be able to use the command)
