Title says it all, there is WAY too many guards spawning, they're flooding areas on my server, and there's no way for me to disable their spawning.

Guards also will infinitely spawn when the villagers are counted as the cap where guards begin to spawn, if said villagers are above each other (example, in a two story building with no access to either floor, guards register there being more villagers there than actually there).

Is there ANY way to disable guard spawning entirely? The amount of guards is too much, I have counted at least 20 spawning all because of maybe 6 villagers in a structure not able to handle 20+. This is also a problem on my server, because if they keep spawning this will be a huge strain on the server.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Minecraft
2. Create a World/Server
3. Make a village with more than 6 villagers

This is a problem with the mod itself, caused by itself.

Same here. They spawn over a period of time which makes the game lag. I even turned the spawn rate down in the configs.
