Describe the bug
I pressed "procreate" after getting married to a villager. Then I have a baby in my inventory. I gave her a cake and then she has a baby in her hand. Checking her inventory, it's not there. Rejoining makes the baby disappear from the villager's hand.

Steps to Reproduce
Please include steps we can take to reproduce the bug:

1. Launch Minecraft
2. Create a World
3. Marry a villager
4. Press "Procreate"
5. Give a cake to the villager
6. Check villager inventory

7. Exit and Rejoin

Additional context
So when you marry a villager and make a baby, you get the baby. And then when you give them a cake, it should give them a baby as well, right? Well yes, but actually no. The baby shows up in their hands but you can't take the baby from their inventory. It's hard to be sure if you still have the baby since you can't see it or find it when you relog into your world after giving them a cake to make a baby. You will still have your original baby though.

Giving a cake to your spouse should not do anything, however when giving a cake to a married couple in the village(not you or your spouse) they will reporduce and will hold a baby
