MCA and Corail Tombstone Baby Duplication

Describe the bug
After procreating, if you die with a baby in your inventory, when you respawn the baby will still be in your inventory as well as in the grave, giving you an additional child. It will always give you 1 extra, regardless of how many you already have.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. procreate
  2. die
  3. open tombstone
  4. have another child (
