Trading broken after MCA removal in multiplayer

Describe the bug
Trading with villagers and other mods is broken after removing MCA in multiplayer

Steps to Reproduce
Please include steps we can take to reproduce the bug:

Launch Server with MCA
Create a World
Close Server
Remove MCA
Launch Server

Minecraft Information (please complete all questions entirely):

Minecraft 1.12.2
Forge Version: 14.23.5.2855
MCA Version: 6.1.0
Launcher: Curseforge

It seems to fix itself after a restart, but in multiplayer no such luck

I think it's an issue outside of the world considering once i move the servers world file into singleplayer everything works and if i put that file back into multiplayer it doesn't

It seems it doesn't happen in singleplayer or fixes itself after a restart

It wasn't MCA(most likely)

I'm gonna let you know if i figure out why it's really happened
