I don't know if this information is helpful, but I am seeing this in console.

MCA-4.0.4 MC-1.7.2

It's a cauldron issue - Ive reported it MinecraftPortCentral/Cauldron#1543

This is a known issue with the most recent versions of Forge.

Only mca and flans mod are affected and it seems that flans are releasing a fix. There's a workaround to the issue for developers

It requires a major rewrite on large mods - it'll probably be awhile before all mods that this occurs on are fixed.
