Okay heres the story..

After i married an NPC i removed the mod for sometime and when i reinstalled it all my npcs were gone.
However thats not the problem..The problem is i cant divorce nor marry someother NPC...
Please help...

Not exactly a bug. The villagers ("NPCs") are stored in the main world file, just like normal Minecraft entities. Forge deletes the villagers if they don't exist within the code (which happened because the mod no longer provides the code). However, the status of the player (spouse, children, etc.) is stored in a folder that isn't scanned by Forge. You will have to delete that file yourself.

How to fix: Delete the folder .minecraft\config\MCA\Worlds\(world name)
