When I play my modded minecraft, my console spams a null pointer exception. It says that it is from MCA.

This console spam doesn't seem to cause any issues ... no crashes or anything. Just thought you should know about it.

I am using:
Minecraft 1.6.4
Java 7 update 67
MCA 3.6.1
Forge 9.11.1.965

Again, this is not a big deal at all as it doesn't cause any noticable errors other than console spam.

1.6.4 is no longer supported. That issue was common. Unfortunately the only way to resolve it is to update.
