I start a new game and it spawns just fine

and then it asks for your gender and name and options, and when I hit "Finish" it loops me right back to asking gender and then name and then options and finish again and it asks for name and I enter a name and choose gender hit finish... AND IT ASKS FOR GENDER AGAIN

And there's no way to get rid of it so I have to X out of the game

Is there a fix for this?
