It Would be More better if Villagers would not get Annoyed or Tired of Conversations (Depending on the Personality and Mood) Also Villagers could have more things to say like ''That's Cool or ''Please Leave me Alone''. Also Villagers Could communicate With The Player With a Topic Selection or Button in the Villager GUI. It Would Be Good if a Villager and a Player to have a relationship (boyfriend or girlfriend) by talking or gifting each other. Also in The Villager GUI, The ''Flirt or ''Kiss'' Button could have a higher chance of working. Also if a Villager's Personality is ''Flirty'' It could have an even higher chance of success. Personalities could be more different because The Personalities ''Flirty, Curious, Friendly, Confident, Strong, and Athletic'' Do not Seem Different. They act the same as each other.

Btw all i am saying, is just probably make relationships more realistic.
